Having qualified in 2002 at Big-4 firm KPMG, Luke bought the business in 2007 from its previous owner and decided in late 2011 to sell 75% of the customer base and focus on being much more helpful to fewer customers. His Purpose is to help owners innovate their systems, services and products in a way that their customers value more, and by challenging businesses to be the best they can be.
He has significant experience in performing local business valuations for sale or in divorce or other disputes, including giving expert testimony in the Royal Court and at family law mediation. Julie qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant in 2000 and has worked in financial management positions for over 17 years.
Julie's Purpose is to make sure that every client gets an excellent return on their investment by helping them understand their financial performance, through financial and non-financial performance indicators presented in a way that is simple and meaningful, and then devising action plans to improve things.

Tax Manager
Laura qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a Big-4 firm, EY Jersey, in 2018 before then moving to an in-house tax role at JTC where she qualified as a CTA in 2020.
Laura specialises in Jersey and UK personal and corporate tax. Having processed literally thousands of tax returns, Laura wanted to work with local, Jersey-based businesses and people to help them understand their tax obligations in a simple, straightforward way.

George qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant in August 2016 and has played a big part in the growth of the company having watched it develop since he joined in 2010.
His Purpose is to provide our customers with relevant information to assist them in making informed decisions about their businesses - starting with where they are and then where we think they'll be.

Anna joined Purpose in July 2016. She has the Introductory and Intermediate Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting (FIA qualification) and is continuing her studies with us.
Her Purpose is to provide bookkeeping and accounting support to our team and clients in order to make sure they know how their cash flow is and what their liabilities and debtors are. She has high attention to detail, great time management and a calm and positive attitude.

Omeed qualified as a Chartered Accountant at 15 Partner firm London based firm MGR Weston K LLP, working as an Assistant Manager specialising in statutory accounts preparation and audit across a variety of sectors.
Omeed joined Purpose in May 2022 and is enjoying working with local, Jersey-based businesses to provide clients with excellent financial reporting and analysis.

Mauro Kaji
Accounting Data Analyst
Mauro joined Purpose in July 2016. He gained valuable experience while working in a private research company in Brazil as a financial analyst responsible for the annual budget, analysing accounting data and producing financial reports.
He has a degree in Economics from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Mauro’s purpose here is to collaborate with the team ensuring that accurate information is successfully delivered to our clients.

Rudy Tannoo ACCA
Accountant
Rudy qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in Mauritius. He has worked in audit and advisory services at a Big-4 firm before specialising in the preparation of management and statutory accounts at a management company and a large Corporate Group in Mauritius, and more recently, a professional services firm in Jersey.
He has experience in dealing with both offshore and local companies and has a considerable knowledge of IFRS and FRS. His purpose is to deliver quality and bespoke work to Clients

Andy Perchard ACCA
Manager
Andy qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2004 whilst working in private equity funds for Mourant in Jersey.
His previous roles include working as an accountant in local practice, as a financial controller for a busy commercial company and as a finance manager for a high net wealth local family.
Andy hopes to use this experience in helping clients control their businesses by reducing the stress of compiling their numbers.

Brendan Aune FCA

Brendan qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a small accountancy practice in his native Cork in 2002 before moving to Jersey to join a Big 4 firm. Since then, he has worked in a variety of roles in financial services, family offices and luxury goods as well as serving as a Director for a number of regulated and unregulated Jersey companies.
Brendan joined AllSorted in April 2023 and is excited to be working in a hands-on environment with a wide variety of local businesses, helping them to reach their potential, dealing with their accountancy issues and allowing them to focus on what they do best.

Chelsey joined the team in January 2023 having completed her degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2013. Chelsey’s experience spans from accounting firms to BPO companies and various industries including food, construction and multimedia.

Ilona Hutchins

Ilona joined the team in September 2016 as our Practice Administrator having worked previously as Practice Manager in busy dental practices in Jersey for some time.
Her role at Purpose is to deliver great internal reporting to enhance our operational effectiveness and to take as much of the admin burden away from the team to help them achieve our client deadlines and marketing goals.
She has a master’s degree from the University of Krakow, is highly driven and has a great positive outlook.

Angelo Monico Ajero

Angelo joined the team in May 2023 having finished their degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2017. While finishing the undergraduate studies, Angelo was scouted by one of the accounting firms in the Philippines as Junior accountant, handling compliance and financial accounting, before moving into an Assistant Manager role.

Felvie joined the team in April 2023 having finished their degree in Accountancy in 2015. Felvie gained valuable experience working as an Accountant and a Senior Accountant for various US based companies.
